We ask that everyone that boats with us signs our agreement to our rules and regulations for the safety of our occupants and our crew. We will have the waiver for you to sign when you come to board the vessel.
$50.00 deposit, non refundable if not cancelled within 48 hours. It is the captains choice as to whether patrons on the vessel get a refund for violation to policies or weather.
